In other words you can say that a preparatory drawing which shows the piece of art such as painting. Cartoonist is a person who is specialized in drawing pictures and other things. Actually cartooning is the best and the most exciting way to express yourself and also feelings. Cartoonists are supposed to be the main person for expressing desires and feelings.
